Senior Strategist

The Senior Strategist is a seasoned content leader with a strong background in business fundamentals. In this role, the Senior Strategist is responsible for representing and diagnosing our (potential) client's challenge with a unique and insightful point of view. Generating a compelling narrative that makes sense of the complexity of the challenge.

Being a strategist, he/she has experience in opening serious contacts at senior and executive level. The Senior Strategist has a natural skill to build confidence with (potential) clients, and develop the client-interaction-process to a deal.

The Senior Strategist has 8+ years of experience at a consulting firm or in-house at a company or organization. He/she has an MBA or other advanced study.


  • Owns a small project within a larger retainer or engagement, and leads a small team to do that work.
  • Generates ideas and compelling narrative to make sense of the complexity of a client's challenge in ways that enable smart action.
  • Partners with Human Interaction Research & Design and Work Design to create a coherent and compelling story that engages and commits clients to a solution.
  • Produces mindfull communication, both written and verbal. Pushes the team to think through all its ideas to consider all implications, system-wide. Facilitates group conversations internally and with clients, with courage and optimism.
  • Seeks tools, templates etc. that give the team a head start and free-up time.
  • Business Development: Being sensitive and active for market opportunities. Able to build confidence with potential clients to become clients.
